A central community green surrounded by mature trees creates a natural gathering place for events, markets, and everyday life.
Pedestrian-First Pathways
Shaded walkways connect each bungalow, encouraging visitors to stroll, discover, and linger between businesses.
Historic Bungalows Intact
Each 1920s–1930s bungalow is carefully relocated and restored, preserving original character, materials, and craftsmanship.
Florida-Friendly Design
Covered porches, natural ventilation, and native landscaping honor the Florida vernacular tradition of the original buildings.
